The Gods
Zeus: Leadership & Assertiveness - How we can become a leader in our own lives, leading and believing in ourselves, and allowing the range of our emotions their expression and our larger-than-live qualities to express. Healing self-righteousness, entitlement, arrogance.Dionysus: Joy of Life – Accessing our ability to celebrate life, knowing how to throw caution to the wind, letting go, doing things that bring us the joy of life without agenda or purpose. Healing lack of responsibility and avoiding making plans, rebelliousness.
Apollo: Clarity & Reason – Bringing clarity to the relationships in our lives, tapping into a higher intellect, accessing the natural order of things, expanding our minds beyond our limitations, keeping our word. Healing rigidity.
Hephaestus: Creativity – Finding the depths and riches that come from our work and the creative power behind it. Loyal Partner. Healing the wound of rejection by one’s parents and working with the energy that tends to retreat into one’s cave.
Poseidon: Emotional Depth – Going for the emotional depth. Healing the negative emotions of depression, anger, explosion, and learning to harness/bridle the erratic emotions. Learning to channel the emotional energy creatively and not dumping on our partner.
Hades: Inner Reaches – Tapping into our inner riches, and find the mystical in relationships. Healing the isolation, the darkness, and selfishness.
Hermes: Spontaneity – Finding our entrepreneurial, charming, spontaneous self. Putting the wings on our feet, and learning to shift directions if necessary, learning to be present in the moment and the non-conformist who breaks the rules and has a good time with it. Healing lack of commitment and not wanting to be tied down.
Ares: Action – Tapping into our powerful energy to manifest and to take action. Feeling completely alive in our senses and bodies. Passion to win and be the best! Healing aggressiveness, impulsiveness, possessiveness, being jealous and insensitive to partner’s needs.
